Indian Travel Destinations To Visit Right Now!

Spread the love

The scorching heat has become a disturbing phenomenon. The amount of sweat and irritation that comes along with the firing temperature is unbearable. I can only imagine myself in a cold place. A place where the temperature is pleasant, the view is mesmerizing, and all I would want to do is to take a long deep breath! The imagination itself has a cooling effect, right?

If you, like me, would want to travel right now to a cooler land and spend some amazing moments solo or with anyone for that matter, this is the blog you would not want to miss.

Uttarakhand: Surrounded by the Himalayas, and is known for its Hindu travel destinations – Uttarakhand. This one has my heart. To be honest, I would love this to be a weekend getaway especially if I am short on leaves. A quick weekend getaway to the hills is bliss! You have several options that you can pay a visit to – Rishikesh, Haridwar, Lansdowne, The Queen of Hills – Mussoorie, Nainital, and Almora. And if you have a decent number of days you can visit Auli, Valley of Flowers, Chopta, and Tungnath. Oh! How can I miss Kedarnath – just that you will need to wait for it to open the gates to this paradise – which will happen on the 8th of May this year.

Himachal Pradesh: It has the most extreme number of hill stations and mesmerizing towns. It is renowned for its enthralling trails, treks, and landscapes. If you feel, Ah! everyone recommends Himachal, or that you have been to Himachal, what is new here this time? Well, one thing I can tell you with utmost guarantee one can never be full of Himachal. Each time I visit a place in Himachal Pradesh, I discover spots, lands, and beauty I never knew existed. So, either you need to be really pro at your suggestions, or maybe God to challenge this one!

“Well, that was a little rude, Aanya.”

“Not my mistake, you touched a very sensitive nerve here.”

Jammu and Kashmir: I have been to Jammu but Kashmir is still on my bucket list. However, I would still recommend the place. Also, an interesting fact is that you might feel that Jammu and Kashmir could be similar places. However, both the places are totally different. Of course, Jammu has a traditional, mythological air as well, while Kashmir is a paradise in itself. So, visiting these places will literally blow your mind. The land of Jammu will leave you mesmerized, and the valley of Kashmir nothing less than awestruck. It is an alluring traveler location during the winters in India on account of the various open doors for skiing in the snow laded mountains. The chilled breeze of mountains and snowfall is undeniably a sight of enjoyment for snow lovers.

Tawang- Arunachal Pradesh: Speaking of missing out on certain places – rather places on my bucket list, Tawang! If you are looking for an offbeat snowfall destination in India, then how about heading over the northeast part of the country? The town of Tawang is famous for being the home of India’s largest monastery. However, if not for seeking peace of mind, the place can also be thronged to marvel at nature. Culture, nature, you can find it all in Tawang. It is one of the five top tourist places in India to experience the best snowfall this season. However, the weather during the summers is no less pleasant. You might not experience snowfall, but your pick is looking at something like hatke and Thanda-Thanda cool-cool – Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh!

Ladakh: I have not been to Ladakh, until now, but will never get tired of recommending this one. I have heard so many traveler stories from the land that I relive those in my imagination at times. I know it is a weird thing but as I say, eet EEZ what eet EEZ. Ladakh is the realm of snow-clad mountains, meandering rivers, centuries-old monasteries, and pristine lakes.
